fixed fees
- booking deposit – 2,000 NOK – 100% refundable in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- security deposit – 5,000 NOK – we settle all toll roads, ferries, parking, equipment damage, fines, and other fees resulting from the agreement from this account.
Toll roads and ferries are calculated via the AutoPASS system. Parking lots operated by EasyPark and OnePark cameras are also registered automatically. You pay for everything based on invoices upon vehicle return..
IMPORTANT! We guarantee a refund for any unused rental days in the event of a permanent breakdown of the vehicle; however, neither the vehicle insurance nor the company covers the costs of alternative transport or hotel accommodation. For this reason, we strongly recommend that all Renters purchase comprehensive travel insurance before starting their journey. In the event of an accident or breakdown, your personal travel insurance can fully cover your expenses for hotels and further travel arrangements, as well as allow you to recover the deductible amount deducted from your deposit.
